By registering for any Be Intact LLC, Relationship By Design Coaching LLC or Relationship By Design program, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Payment is required to secure your spot in a workshop, course, or event.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations for in person events made within a specified period may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Refer to the specific program's terms for details. Online courses and webinars are non-refundable due to the nature of digital resources, including but not limited to videos, documents, and other materials provided as part of the program. Once access is granted, no refunds will be issued and missed webinars will be available via recording.

3. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes a positive learning environment. Any violation may result in expulsion from the program without a refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during workshops, courses, and events are the intellectual property of Be Intact and Relationship by Design. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or use is strictly prohibited.

Credit and Refund Policy for Be Intact LLC, Relationship By Design Coaching LLC, and Relationship By Design

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise that require the cancellation of participation in our live events. Our tiered refund policy is as follows:

• Full Refund (100%): Requests for cancellation made 60 days or more before the scheduled workshop date are eligible for a full refund.
  
• 50% Refund: Cancellation requests made 30 days or less before the scheduled workshop date are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
  

2. Transfer Policy

Participants have the option to transfer their registration to another workshop date, subject to the following conditions:

• Transfer Fee: A $250 transfer fee will apply to transfers requested within 30 days of the original workshop date should a participant want to transfer their workshop date.
  

3. Webinars, Digital Content, Ebooks, Virtual Private Coaching, and Online Courses

All charges for webinars, digital content, ebooks, virtual private coaching, or online courses are non-refundable. This policy is in place due to the nature of these offerings, which involve the provision of digital resources and content.

4. Minimum Requirements for In-Person Events

Certain in-person events must meet a minimum requirement based on factors such as workshop, theme, location, or destination. We cannot predict registrations, and in the event that a workshop does not meet the minimum requirement, we reserve the right to cancel the event. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly, and the following options will be available:

• A full refund of the registration fee.
  
• The option to transfer registration to another available workshop date without incurring any transfer fees.
  

5. Refund and Transfer Request Process

All refund and transfer requests must be submitted in writing to sierra@Beintact.com

• Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within [number of days] days of receiving the written request.
  
• Transfer Confirmation: Participants will receive confirmation of the transfer and any applicable fees within 12 days of the request.

In the rare event that we need to cancel a live event, participants will be notified promptly, and the following options will be available:

• A full refund of the registration fee.
  
• The option to transfer registration to another available workshop date without incurring any transfer fees.
